Module 1 - The Art of Story Telling

- Learn to tell stories, even if you think you are not creative so it is easy to communicate with your child, both love and boundaries.
- Learn to teach your children the ability to reflect on their thoughts and feelings and communicate these thoughts and feelings effectively.
We all relate to stories, it helps when we have to discuss a difficult topic like grief and loss, failure and courage, telling stories imparts the wisdom with our making it a lecture.
Module 2 – The Nurturing Touch For Children (Massage)
- Learn the science of skin and touch.
- Learn how to massage a growing child.
- Learn how to use your touch to give your relief from pain, stress, anxiety.
- Learn how to relieve growing pain.
- Learn how to teach your children how to love and respect their own body. To minimize any body conscious thought.
Module 3 – The Art of Meditation and Mindfulness For Kids
Children also have stress, which creates fear, confusion and uncertainty. They manifest it in behavior, in nightmares, in withdrawal. Learn how to teach your child age appropriate mindful reflection on what is happening in their life and how it is effecting them.
- Learn to ask meaningful question so you can help your child feels safe and give them the ability to think deep. So they learn grow, emotionally. (Emotional maturity is one of the requirement of future carrier and relationship success)
- Learn how to teach your children the ability to mind their thoughts. So they can distinguish between the productive/constructive thought patterns and non-productive/destructive thought patterns.
